Toll Free Conversion
Toll free conversion refers to the percentage of calls to your toll free number(s) which were converted into billable calls.

Per Minute
These columns show the number of billable calls charged on a Per Minute basis, the total number of minutes used and the dollar amount you will be paid. You are paid a fixed amount per minute for the total length of a call.
For Example, if you earn $1.50 per minute for a call lasting 10 minutes, you will be paid $15.00 for that call.

Flat Rate
These columns show the number of billable calls charged on a Flat Rate basis and the dollar amount you will be paid. You are paid a percentage of the total charge for a Flat Rate call. Flat Rate calls are prepaid based an a fixed number of minutes.
